EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Thank you for being a valued customer and Shopping with Schoenestique. Your support and Trust in us are truly appreciated. We hope that you are satisfied with our service and pleased with your Order.
In the case that you are not satisfied we are pleased to inform you that we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return your purchased Items upon receipt.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- Items must be in the original and same conditions upon receipt. Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging with dust bags and boxes.
- Receipt or proof of purchase should be existing and available at the time of the return.
EXCEPTIONS or NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The Following types of items are not eligible for Exchange nor Return.
- Personalized (special orders or customized items)
- Perishable Goods such as food, flowers, and plants
- Personal care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and gases
- Hygiene Products such as innerwear, underwear, and swimwear.
- Sale items
- Gift card sold items.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Returning shipments must be made using the same courier as the original delivery.
- Returns can only be accepted from the country in which the Items are originally shipped. Otherwise import- and shipping fees will be charged on the returnee’s expense.
- Items for Return are to be delivered in one Parcel. Multiple delivery returns will not be accepted.
- Returns without approval will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Send an EMail at Schoenestique@outlook.com / info@schoenestique.com indicating your Name, Your Address and Contact Details, Details of the Item, Copy of Receipt or Proof of Purchase, Reason for Return or Exchange of the items.
- Once return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
ISSUES AND DAMAGES:
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within 3 Days or upon receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the Issue can be rightfully evaluated and resolved.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- Return Eligibility and Conditions apply.
- Exchange for different Item is prohibited.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds are subject to approval once Items returned are received, inspected, and evaluated.
- All Payments including delivery will be refunded other than any fees that is paid on top of the standard delivery fee e.g., Express Delivery and eventually import Taxes that were paid
- Approved Refunds will be automatically refunded to its original payment method within 10 Business Days. Please be informed that Credit Card companies may take more time to process.
